ABDURRAHMAN AS-SUDAIS   عَبْدُ ٱلْرَّحْمَن إبْن عَبْدُ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلسُّدَيْس ‎ ﷽﷽   Abdul Rahman Ibn Abdul Aziz as-Sudais  ( born 10 February 1960 in  Riyadh ,  Saudi Arabia )  is the  imam  of the  Grand Mosque  in  Mecca ,  Saudi Arabia ; the president of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques ;   a renowned  qāri ʾ  (reciter of the  Qur'an ) ; and was the Dubai International  Holy Qur'an  Award's "Islamic Personality Of the Year" in 2005 .
